Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and termination handling

How Yunhu Networks LLC reviews service cancellations, non-activation requests, and notice-based terminations.

Before activation

If a customer wishes to cancel before service activation or before resource commitment is completed, Yunhu Networks LLC will review the request based on the work already performed, the resources already reserved, and any third-party commitments already made.

Setup, assessment, reservation, or administrative charges may still apply if work has already started, even if the final service is not activated.

After activation

Once a service is active, cancellation timing, minimum term obligations, renewal cutoffs, and notice periods are governed by the specific quotation, order, invoice, or signed agreement that applies to the service.

Some resources, including reserved capacity, address allocations, licensed software, or time-based support commitments, may require advance notice and may remain billable through the end of the committed term or billing cycle.

Operational and compliance exceptions

We may decline immediate cancellation where doing so would create legal, security, abuse, accounting, or operational risk, or where records, logs, or retained resources must be preserved to satisfy applicable obligations.

We may also suspend or terminate a service independently where required by law, by payment, fraud, sanctions, security, export, or acceptable use concerns.

How to submit notice

Customers should submit cancellation notices in writing and include the service identifier, business name, requested cancellation date, and any associated billing reference so the request can be reviewed correctly.
